Privacy Policy and other information

Thank you for your interest in our website. We hope you enjoyed the content and that your questions were answered.

Here we would like to inform you about data protection, how we handle it and what legal options you have.
This information is based on the new General Data Protection Regulation EU-GDPR, which comes into force in Germany on May 25, 2018.

In advance: You have the right to request a privacy policy from us at any time. In it we explain our data protection measures in more detail. You can do this simply by calling us on 0170-3205229 or writing an email to info@pilatoes.de
Of course you can also write us a letter. You can find the address on the left under the information in the imprint. We also respond to all inquiries that reach us through other means.

Mr Jörg Arnold is responsible for data protection.

Why do we collect data?
Article 6 of the EU GDPR provides for certain requirements according to which data may be collected and processed:
in a contractual relationship
We collect data primarily to carry out our Pilates course program and other training measures. This happens primarily in the form of registration for training. Questions about the person are asked in our registration form, which enable us to regulate the necessary organizational matters so that you can take part in the training. To do this, we need to know who you are (identity) and how we can get in touch with you (contact details).
on a voluntary basis
We only collect your data if you give it to us voluntarily. We adhere to the requirements of Art. 5 and 6 EU-DSGVO.
Important: we do not collect sensitive data, such as information on the state of health, for the implementation of the courses. Should it be necessary to inform us trainers about your state of health (e.g. as part of a one-to-one training session), this is only ever done with your express consent and is limited to what is absolutely necessary.

How long do we keep your data?
We keep the data transmitted to us for as long as the contractual relationship between us lasts. The purpose of data storage is then no longer applicable, for example, if you no longer wish to participate in the training.
The data collected electronically and analogously (in writing) will then be destroyed.
This also applies as soon as you request us to delete your data. This is possible at any time.
We document the deletion of your data.

Your rights at this point:
1) Request information from us (see above) about the type of data collected, the storage period and the purpose of use as well as whether and how the data will be passed on.
2) Request at any time to delete your data, to correct it.
3) You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Here it is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
4) We only collect data on a voluntary basis. If you do not want to send us any of your personal data, that is your right. It only makes it more difficult for us to organize the training for you. Under certain circumstances, no contract (course booking/membership/individual training, etc.) would then come about between us, which means that you will then not be able to take part in any training.

Use of the website and data collection:
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (EU-DSGVO) and this data protection declaration.
Our website can usually be used without providing personal data (anonymously). We only learn the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us and the websites that you visit on our site. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
