Learn the PilaToes® Foot training method in one of our weekend basic workshops.

What is this workshop about?
The basic workshop is designed as adult education on the subject foot fitness , foot deformities and training measures .
The workshop is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
The theory includes:
- Where do the different foot deformities come from?
- What can be done to improve foot fitness again?
- Can misalignments be trained away?
- Shoes vs. barefoot shoes - top or flop?
- Ball gait/heel gait - when which gait?
- What can you do at home?
- How does the PilaToes work ® foot training method?
- The training of the sensorimotor system in theory - why and how?
- The mobilization training in theory - why and how?
- Train alignment - why and how?
- Functional strengthening exercises for the foot - why and how?
- Tips for everyday life and your own training!
The practice includes:
- Sensorimotor exercises
- Exercises to mobilize the feet
- Toe, foot and leg axis alignment exercises
- Exercises to strengthen the foot, leg and hip muscles
- Barefoot walking and running / walking naturally
Each participant will receive:
- the theoretical and practical knowledge to do active foot training yourself
- the knowledge to be able to integrate the exercises easily into the individual everyday life
- own PilaToes ® Foot training set consisting of a double massage ball and a latex band loop
- the manual for the workshop! All exercises in photo and text! All background information!
Where does the workshop take place?
at the Pilates Center AB, Bodelschwinghstrasse 10b in Aschaffenburg (centre near the main train station)

Registration by phone/e-mail/via our contact form or in writing by downloading the registration form is initially a seat reservation. We will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know whether there is a place available for you on the date you want or if there are alternative dates. Your place is firmly booked when you transfer the participation fee to our accounts.
